Paula Fiscus is a secondary instructional coach for the Wawasee Community School Corporation in northern Indiana. She has been an English educator for over 30 years and has taught middle school, high school, and AP/DC English courses. As an instructional coach, she strives to encourage and inspire teachers to hone their skills and share their knowledge to increase student success and engagement. Away from school, Paula enjoys adventures with her two grown daughters, time with family and friends, and soaking up the sun.
